All orders need to be received by 12:30 pm for same day local delivery or 10:00 am for out of town, overnight delivery. If you miss this cut off we will still do our best to deliver as soon as we can.
Deliveries are made from 12:30 pm Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am on Saturday. Any requests for delivery before these times must be approved by Arrange Floral Design via phone, email or live chat.
Orders for Saturday delivery must be received by 10:00am Saturday.
Overnight deliveries are sent Monday to Friday.
Seasonal conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colours may not always be available. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral arrangement. We will match the website display as closely as possible, paying attention to size, style, colour and balance, and when a substitution is necessary, similarly shaped flowers will be used.
Flower Order Cancellations
Should any customer place an order through Arrange Floral Design and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the flowers or gifts being created. If the cancellation is received after the order has been created, no refund can be issued.
Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we investigate your order. (Non-delivery queries must be lodged with us within 4 days). If you have given us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order providing you pay the re-delivery charge of $10 for local deliveries or the required delivery fee for all other areas. We are not responsible for deliveries if the recipient is not at the location at the time of delivery. If you are the customer, we recommend you make sure that the recipient will be at the location on the date given on the order for delivery. Flowers and gifts will always be left at the address in the safest place possible.
We accept no responsibility for not meeting a specific delivery date, or the theft or damage of goods once passed on to a courier service.
To avoid delay with your order, if you select the incorrect delivery charge when using our checkout, we will attempt to contact you and will require the correct delivery fee paid before delivery is made.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
