We purchase most of our flowers direct from the growers. This means your bouquet will have fresher, top quality, longer lasting flowers.

What is the difference between a posy and a bouquet?
A posy (sometimes known as a "Tussy Mussy") is shorter stemmed and more compact, where a bouquet is longer stemmed and more loose in construction. Therefore, a bouquet is generally larger than a posy.
Are all flowers available year round?
While many flowers are available throughout the year, there are those that bloom during specific seasons. For example, Sunflowers and Tulips are seasonal. Other flowers, such as Roses and Carnations, are readily available year long. Due to the seasonal availability of flowers we may have to substitute stems from those shown on the website. If this is necessary we will substitute with flowers similar in style, colour and value.
How long will my flowers last?
Different flowers have a different shelf life, but again a lot depends on how you take care of them. Due to the perishable nature we cannot give a guarantee for the life of the flowers.
Do you charge for wedding consultations?

What happens if no one is home?
We do request prior to ordering that someone will be home at the address. If no one is home we will leave your flowers in a safe location.
Arrange Floral Design will not be liable for damaged or missing orders.
I have missed the same day cut off, can you still deliver?
We may still be able to deliver. Please just pick up the phone and give us a call now.

What happens if you cannot access the property?
If we are unable to gain access we will contact you.
How will my flowers be delivered when sent over night?
Your flowers will be wet wrapped and carefully packed into our custom flower box.
