If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, let us know within 24hrs and we will be happy to replace your flowers or give you a full refund. Please note that we are unable to accept liability where the wrong delivery address has been given due to customer error.
We trust that customers are providing us with full and correct address details - however Arrange Floral Design accepts no responsibility for damages or delays if you suggest an address to be non-rural, when it is. If you have any queries whether your delivery is rural, please contact us for clarification.
Should any customer place an order through Arrange Floral Design and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the flowers or gifts being created. If the cancellation is received after the order has been created, no refund can be issued.
Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
Arrange Floral Design is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Arrange Floral Design will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
